Our team has more than 75 years of experience. Together, we have helped entrepreneurs successfully position their businesses in the marketplace, raise money and increase profitability and working capital.

Sónia is founder and our "all-round solution" finder. Her background as Finance Manager and ERP project manager, combined with many years of experience in fiduciary business enables her to quickly get familiar with new challenges and find suitable solutions where others resign. She has never lost her flair for IT and is our innovation driver for automated and digitalized solutions. Apart from this, Sónia is expert in taxation and loves good red wine.
Alessandro
Alessandro is founder and our CFO-Service leader. He has years of experience as CFO of listed and owner-managed growth companies in the life-science and innovation environment. Corporate Finance, Reporting and Financing activities have been loyal companions during his professional career. His CPA training and experience completes his holistic profile. Alessandro is also enthusiastic about Ducati motorcycles and espresso making.
